The application uses ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 codes.
You can find more at https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#search.We detect the country using license plate text, as different countries have different templates.
The preferred country selector helps the algorithm prioritize the specified country over others if they have similar templates.
